Studio Gypsy and Studio TrueBlue have a stunning collaboration kit called Holiday Harmony in the shoppe at Scrapbook Graphics.  What a marvelous combination - a gorgeous holiday kit from Lisa and Jenn's fabulous templates.

Diamond Ink Designs has her first kit out called Come What May - this is an amazing kit and I can't believe this is Sarah's first one.  It is beautiful!  My layout is for the Art Journal Challenge by Digiridoo.

I am off - I can't believe how much scrapbooking and work I have to do today and this weekend and I thought I was caught up!

Calendars, templates and kits galore!

Studio Gypsy has some super easy calendar templates out at Scrapbook Graphics this week.  Just add your photo at the top and you have a gorgeous calendar for holiday giving.

Studio Gypsy also has more of her Simply Blocked Templates for you in both 12 x 12 and 8 x 10 sizes.  I love the blocked look of these templates.  I use them for layouts that I really want to focus on the photos or even to just display photos that I have taken in a pretty way.

And to finish up those calendar projects Gypsy has Date Rings and accessories such as coffee stains and highlights to mark those special dates.

LouCee Creations has been designing up a storm the past couple of weeks.  This week she has a stunning kit called Sapphire and Steel at Digiridoo Scraps.  Lou created this kit for a 45th wedding anniversary gift she was commissioned to do and it is just lovely.

Changes is also in the shoppe at Digiridoo and is on sale for $1.00 so don't miss this!  Lou has outdone herself with this gorgeous fall kit.

Do you remember playing with little bits of felt when you were small?  Well you can recreate those fun childhood memories with Chocolate Geranium Digital Designs' kit called Fun With Felt.  Such a cute kit!
I created this for the November Transformation Deck challenge over at Deviant Scrap.  The theme this month was Believe.  The kit is from Rebecca McMeen called Shrooms - don't you just adore the little fairy schroom!

In my effort to become a little bit more educated in hybrid projects I made this little Blessed banner.  Sorry about the horrible glare off the table - it was a fun project and a start in moving into the world of hybrid!

Have a wonderful week!

IDSD

I am so overwhelmed with all the IDSD activities and sales going on my head is spinning.  What a fun weekend this has been.  I spent a couple of hours with the Digiridoo Scraps ladies in a Speed Scrap yesterday which was amazing.  I have never done a speed scrap before but wow talk about fun!  Sarah was  our coordinator and she had 7 (yes 7) sets of instructions to complete a layout - most of them very challenging.  She gives you a set of instructions every 10 minutes and then at the completion of the instructions you have an hour to complete a layout.  As most of you know Sarah has a bit of an obsession with Robert Pattison so the gals at Digiridoo decided we should use photos of Rob in our layouts.  Here is mine.  I will definitely try another speed scrap but I think the best part was spending time with the Digiridoo ladies - what a great group!

Lisa from Studio Gypsy has a stunning kit out at Scrapbook Graphics called The Gathering.  This kit is just filled with warmth and coziness.  The colors and the textures remind me of a warm snuggly blanket and Lisa's handmade elements are gorgeous.  The layout I did is of my grandmother on her high school graduation day.  The cool thing about this photo is the graduation watch my grandma is wearing was passed down to me and it still works - what a treasure.

An adorable little kit over at Digiridoo Scraps called Welcome to the Zoo by Chocolate Geranium Digital Designs is in the shoppe.  The zoo animals in this kit are simply enchanting!  This is a wonderful kit for all those zoo adventures.

Thanks for looking!

Super Sales

With the first of November comes two great sales.  Charlie at Charlie's Digiscraps has an amazing 40% off Birthday Sale going on for the month of November. Charlie is celebrating her birthday and has some amazing CU products in her shoppe for you designers over at Digiridoo.

Lisa at Studio Gypsy also has an Early Bird iDSD sale happening this week at Scrapbook Graphics.  35% off anything in Lisa's store!  (Psst...new kit coming on Thursday that looks absolutely scrumptious).

You don't want to miss out on these sales to build up your scrapbooking stash!

The November issue of The Artisan Notebook is on the digital stands.  You can find it at The Artisan Notebook or at Digiridoo Scraps.

Here is my layout from the October issue.  We were asked to take a name and use it in a layout as it would appear in a dictionary.  This was a fun challenge to scrap my little Tahlula, the meaning of her name and to document her spunky little personality.

Off to scrap Halloween with all those Halloween kits I have??!!

Beware...lots of layouts!

Halloween weekend is coming and while I don't love Halloween my children and grandchildren simply adore it.  I must confess I have bought enough Halloween kits this year to scrap the entire state of Utah.
So here are some spooky layouts to start off.  The first one I used Sarah Barber Design's kit My Soul To Take.   An exceptionally spooky kit that comes with a MA rating.  I love it!
The last week of Deviant Scraps Spook-Tober challenges was to create a layout that was dark or haunting.  Here is mine - I also received a GSO for this one.  Creepy!!!!

Studio Gypsy has her Banner Alpha in the shoppe at Scrapbook Graphics.   This is filled with not only some Halloween badges but gorgeous rosettes, backings and ribbons/bows not to mention alphas galore!

Jenn (Studio TrueBlue) from Studio Gypsy's Creative Team has four sets of lovely templates over at Scrapbook Graphics.  Here are some layouts I did using Jenn's templates and lots of Lisa's (Studio Gypsy) lovely creations (Contradiction, Gratitude, Harvest cardstock, Swankyween, Repository #2 etc.).

I also used one of Studio True Blue's templates and Dawn InSkip's Ballet Recital in this piece (what a fun kit).

Lots of Halloween activities this weekend!  Have a safe and haunting Halloween!

Raining on Sunday

A gloomy, cold rainy Sunday - love days like this.  Weather like this just seems to give me permission to be lazy and have a quiet day.

Denise from DigiDesigns by Denise has a stunning Autumn kit out called Fall Beauty.  The rich colors and gorgous textures make this kit perfect for all your fall scrapping pages.  You can find Fall Beauty at Digiridoo.  Denise also has an add-on for you on her blog for this beautiful kit.  Here are my "fall beauties"!  Unbelievable how much these two have grown!

Ms. Lou from LouCee's Creations is already thinking about the Christmas holidays - must be those visions of sugarplums in her head!  She has a CU Christmas Mix over at Digiridoo.  I love the beautiful jeweled belt buckle.  It makes me think of getting all dressed up in velvet and jewels and going to the Nutcracker - how elegant!
Renata at Serene by RW has a brand new release at Inspiration Lane called My Mum.  Such a pretty kit with a gorgeous combination of papers and elements. There is such a clean sophisticated feeling to this kit.  Love the little birds!
If you haven't heard of assemblage art you really must go get the latest copy of Altered Hearts and read up on this amazing art form.  Both physically and digitally this form of art is certainly challenging.  I had never done a piece like this and was intrigued so I gave it a go.  Here is my piece filled with all of my favorite things.  Not only was this a fun challenge but it was great to look at ALL my digital kits and remember what amazing designers there are out there.  If you are up to a challenge check out Sharon's (aka skyezak) post at Deviant Art and join us.

Studio Gypsy has her amazing cardstocks in the shoppe at Scrapbook Graphics.  I love having a good supply of solid beautifully colored cardstocks in my stash.  You can find her Harvest set at SBG and also the Basic pack.

I am loving these  RX Labels by Studio Gypsy.  They are so vintage and if you take the time to read them they are pretty funny.  I can't wait to use them in an altered art piece.

A refill of coffee and perhaps staying in p.j.s all day - such perfection!  Have a great week!
