Falling For You

Scrap That Idea is a few days early on their September collab - it is a gorgeous kit, full of fabulous papers, elements and some great wordart. It is called Falling For You and is in the store now for $4.00 - believe me that is a bargin - this kit is huge!



Mel has two new kits in her store today, both on sale for $3.00. The first one is called Airy Fairy and it is really light, airy and fresh. Very cute!



Next is What's Cooking In The Kitchen - What a fun kit - I am redoing a cookbook from my Grandma that was done in 1993 with this kit. Love it.




This kit also includes some very cute 5 x 7 recipe cards for all you cooks out there.

Gotta Love Those PS Actions

Just playing today with some photos I have taken. Found a great site www.myfourhensphotography.com which has PS Actions for PS Elements. Love that! I am going to miss my CS4 Trial but I will be content with the actions I have found for Elements, except of course Totally Rad's Troy Action - awww that one is the best. This is the action that I used on the photos of my eldest granddaughter - it desaturates and leaves reds and pinks - If anyone is aware of an action like this for PS Elements please let me know!! Thank God for the people who produce these actions - they have my greatest admiration!

CT Call

Charlie is having a CT Call!!!!


If you are interested in joining one of the most fantastic CT teams, you really need to send Charlie an e-mail! She has such a great group of ladies on her team. I can't believe it has been year ago when Charlie asked me to join them. We have such fun and Charlie always produces such unbelievable products! Deadline is September 2 so gather your best layouts and send Charlie an e-mail!

1st Day of School

I can't believe this little girl who not too long ago was barely walking is now off to kindergarten. Here is her first day of school picture taken by her mom and I used some actions on it to make it look a little vintage. Five more days and my CS4 trial runs out - yikes I will be lost. Guess I will just have to start saving!

My granddaughter is such a sweetie and such a smart little thing - I am sure she will be the perfect student!

Summer Adagio

Love my new blog look! It is from the Summer Adagio kit by NewLIfe Dreams and Vera Lim. The kit is amazing too! Lots of scraping planned for this weekend. I am really going to try to get all my half finished projects going again.

Summer Blessings

Where has the summer gone...wasn't it just spring? Charlie from Charlie's Digiscraps is just celebrating the start of spring and summer in her part of the world and I am watching summer breeze by into fall. To celebrate the changing of the season, Charlie has come out with a stunning new kit called Summer Blessings. This kit contains 12 textured, pretty papers,36 unique elements and 2 alpha packs(with shadows). The textured papers in this kit are so special - Charlie's attention to details is amazing and it shows in everything she does. I really wanted to show off these papers in my layout so I went very minimal - but the elements in this kit are gorgeous also! It is on sale at DSO for 30% off. This kit will certainly inspire some beautiful layouts.



We have also had a special blessing in our family - We will be adding a new granddaughter to our family in January. This is Garrett and Brooke's first child and they are so excited! Wow - three granddaughters - what fun!

PS Actions

It's a good thing that the things I am addicted to are legal or I would be in big trouble. Photoshop Actions have become my obsession - I think they are so cool! So everything you see today I have played with the photos a bit...very fun.
