I have so much catching up to do. My goal was to get on top of things in June and get back into my usual organized life, but that hasn't happened. Maybe I need a class in time management or maybe just more time in the day but I just can't seem to get ahead lately. The one thing that I love and that I do for myself is my digiscraping and I have barely had a moment to sit down and really concentrate on it. I have some big projects in the works and I just can't seem to get to them and I hate it. Maybe July will be better...all I really want is to get up in the morning, have a cup of coffee and scrap for a bit without having to rush to get other things done, really is that too much to ask?????
Anyway, Charlie has some fabulous things going on. She has taken the big step in the scraping world and now has her own website/blog. Very exciting! There is even a gallery to post all your wonderful layouts using Charlie's kit. Please go check it out.
Charlie has produced a darling acrylic tab album template that is 30% off until June 30 and I tell you it is worth a look. This is one of my projects that I haven't finished (I wanted to do a album of my granddaughters birthday party) - oh I hate having unfinished ideas floating around in my head, it makes my crazy. You can pick it up over at ESS.
I don't know how she does it but Charlie has taken on another job.
I can tell you from experience that Charlie's extractions are fabulous - she is such a perfectionist when it comes to detail!
Here is an example from her blog (which by the way you can pick up free).
Mel has also some big things going on in her world. She is celebrating the first year of her blog and she is doing it in style.
She has an amazing freebie on her blog which you can pick up the papers today. Check this out. It is called Scrap Happy and will only be available for three days.
Being the frustrated creative member that I am - I haven't got a layout done for this kit yet, hopefully I will be back this weekend with something. Sorry Mel!!!!!
Mel also has some great savings going on over at Scrap That Idea!
And a great chance to win a $6 GC to her store.
Mel also has two new kits out. Love Is in the Air and Perfect Harmony. Both available at Scrap That Idea.
Here is my take on Love Is In the Air and yes, that is the Eiffel Tower in the background, but unfortunately not me in the picture. It is a friend and her husband - lucky, lucky girl - she is just back from Paris and Switzerland!
and Perfect Harmony.
Well, I think that is it...Hope everyone has a good weekend!
